He earned his PhD in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of Illinois Medical Center, followed by postdoctoral training at Duke University. He later served as Assistant Professor and Director of Research at the University of Tennessee Medical Center-Knoxville, collaborating with Oak Ridge National Laboratories on key initiatives. Transitioning from academia, Bill has focused on strategic market evaluations and landscape analyses, delivering valuable insights to advance innovation and guide 505(b)(2) opportunities in the pharma and biotech industries.
